We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the nearby Dallas World Aquarium, which is a must-see. The hotel was conveniently located with clean accommodations, making our family trip enjoyable and hassle-free.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise levels were too high. A more soundproof environment would make a world of difference for families.

I also faced issues with the noise level. it felt like I could hear everything from the hallway. The staff could have been more attentive, as I had to ask for extra towels multiple times before receiving them. Breakfast options were disappointing. many items were low quality and didn't seem fresh. Overall, the stay featured some nice aspects, but significant improvements in cleanliness and customer service are necessary.

comfort inn has a nice outdoor swimming pool that was great for relaxing after a long day. the location is convenient, close to the freeway and to both dfw and love field airports. the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, making it feel more welcoming.

i would not strongly recommend due to a few issues.

The hotel is within a short drive to both bachman lake park and farmers branch historical park, making it a great spot for weekend strolls and enjoying the outdoors. also, the proximity to downtown dallas is a huge plus for easy exploration of landmarks and local dining options.

I loved the comfy bed that gave me the best sleep ever after long days of exploring! The spacious bathroom was stocked with all the toiletries I needed Plus, the free hot breakfast really set me up for a fantastic day ahead!
